Swedish Body Massage
This is a general all-over body massage using mineral oils. Ideal for those who lead an active lifestyle and want to get rid of those stubborn tensions or to combat sore muscles after overdoing it in the gym. It is also de-stressing, stimulating and revitalising. (approx. 1 hour) £30.00

Aromatherapy Massage
A real bliss and indulgence whilst treating ailments! From migraines to PMT and cellulite to digestive disorders, essential oils with medicinal properties are massaged into your body. Did you know that many modern medicines are made from essential oils? This is a full body massage that leaves you relaxed, rejuvenated and peaceful. (approx. 1 hour) £35.00

Back, Neck and Shoulders
This is for those who lead really hectic lives or those who are on a budget but still want to get the benefits of a massage. Focusing on key points where stress and tension tends to build up such as your neck, back and shoulders, you can expect to have those stubborn knots removed. Very de-stressing and tension-relieving. (approx 25 mins) £20.00

Reflexology
A very holistic-scientific approach to treating virtually all conditions and diseases through reflex areas on the feet. From chronic sinusitis to chronic fatigue and liver disorders to substance addiction you can be sure to receive an effective, drug-free and pleasant holistic treatment with great results that is also backed by increasing number of doctors. (approx 50 minutes) £27.00

Facial Treatment
A standard salon facial with skin analysis, deep cleansing, exfoliating, toning and moisturising procedures, you also get a relaxing and skin-rejuvenating face, neck and shoulder massage. (approx 50 mins) £23.00

Holistic Facial Treatment
This is the same as the facial treatment with the use of aromatherapy oils, healing crystals, semi-precious stones and oxygen treatment to treat all skin conditions, including acne, mature skin, tired-looking skin, bags under the eyes etc. (approx. 50 mins) £28.00

HOLISTIKA Cellulite Buster with Aromatherapy
This is a not-so-pleasant treatment fighting any stages of cellulite with the help of Aromatherapy essential oils. Begins with body brushing then you get a very vigorous massage (ouch!) to break down fatty deposits under the skin. The massage finishes with long movements to encourage these toxins to be processed by the liver. Not for the weak ones! (approx. 1 hour) £40.00

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
This is a pleasant massage, although it feels like not much is being done to you. This is because the lymphatic system is quite near the skin surface and it does not need a lot of deep stimulation. The lymphatic system is given a good wake-up call so it will work more efficiently. (approx. 50 mins) £30.00

At your place of Work

If you are lucky to be the boss (or your boss is quite flexible to give you longer lunch breaks) you can even have your holistic treatment at your place of work. You can have shorter treatments too; all we need is a quiet room where you wouldn't be disturbed while you are having your treatment.

If you are the boss: why not treat your workers to a nice, relaxing, pain-relieving massage to combat the problems caused by Repetitive Strain Injury? RSI massage treatments can be done while the person is working at the desk and does not require a separate room or time out of the office. Or how about a healthy and sober Pamper Party this winter in place of the Office Christmas Party that would only make people drink more alcohol?

Pamper Parties

We are quite flexible in our Pamper Packages; the aim is to tailor the services to the needs of you and your guests. It is best if you telephone or e-mail us with your query and we will work out a package for you. The following is just an indication of how things can be planned and is here to get you an idea of what to expect.

As a rule of thumb, for one therapist the maximum number is 5 people per group, for two therapists the maximum is 10 persons per group and maximum 15 people per group for three therapists. This is only, if you require just one holistic treatment per person. For two treatments per person the following applies: 2 therapists per 6 persons in a group, and 12 persons per group if three therapists are present. This chart simplifies the above:

This is to ensure that your party enjoys the treatments without having to wait too long for their turn.

Pamper parties can be held at anytime. Weekends are better because you and your friends are more ready to have fun. Therapists are also easier to come by. In any case, allow at least 5 hours for the party, e.g. if you want to finish at about 10:00pm then ensure your party starts at no later than 05:00pm.

Treatments, other than listed above, are also available with pamper packages. Please ask for a list of treatments. Birthdays, hen nights, stag nights, girlie parties (9-14 year olds) or whatever the occasion is, we can work out the best package to suit your expectations. Girlie parties focus on items such as make-up, nails and advice for facial skin care (including cosmetic goodie bags for the kids) rather than more grown-up treatments such as Swedish massage or Reflexology.
